It is amazing how a little decision can change one's life.  I saw the Stampin' Up! catalogue at a scrapbooking store's Open House.  As I looked through, I found the eyelet setter and perpetual birthday calendar -- two items I had been looking for recently.  I figured that I could have a party and get those two things for free.  I like free stuff!  Well, by the time my party came along, I had decided that I could buy the kit and sell enough to pay for it in the three months between my teaching contracts.  Great idea!   This has been the longest three months of my life!  Okay, it has been 11 years (as of April 4, 2003) that I bought the kit!  I have earned a few trips, helped my family finances while staying home with my kids and most importantly, I have some amazing people who I am privileged now to call friends!  All because of my desire to save $20 on two items (of which I still have both!)!  And that is how I ended up here...
